The Lincoln Democratic Town Committee (DTC) will host a forum with attorney general candidates Maura Healey and Warren Tolman on Saturday, May 10 inBemis Hall. The schedule will be:

Reception — 1:15-1:45 p.m.
Welcoming remarks — 1:45-1:55 p.m.
Attorney general candidate forum — 2-3 p.m.

Forums will be broadcast live on WCAP 980AM. A video recording will be available the following week on the Lincoln cable TV station website. Parking is available at the First Parish Stone Church across the street. Refreshments will be provided. Donations will be gratefully accepted.

The forum offers a rare opportunity to see and hear candidates define their qualifications and their reason for running, as well as describe what they believe are the critical issues facing the Commonwealth and how the role of attorney general can address those issues. The moderator will be Mara Dolan, 3rd Middlesex Area Democrats. She is co-chair of the Concord Democratic committee and the Massachusetts State Democratic Committee on Public Policy as well as host of “The Mara Dolan Show” on WCAP (980 AM). The forum will be broadcast live on WCAP and a video recording will be available the following week on the Lincoln Cable TV station.

The forum series is co-sponsored by the 3rd Middlesex Area Democrats that is comprised of our neighboring towns of Chelmsford, Carlisle, Concord, Bedford, Lexington, Sudbury, Weston, Wayland and Waltham. For more information, contact Lincoln DTC chair Gary Davis at garyddavis04@gmail.com.

Note: the forum with state treasurer candidates Tom Conroy, Barry Finegold and Deb Goldberg that was also scheduled for May 10 has been rescheduled for Saturday, June 7 in Bemis Hall.
