Film: “The Art of the Piano”

Join Mariel Bossert on Friday, March 8, at 10 am at Bemis Hall for a special “Lincoln Academy at the Movies” when she shows The Art of Piano: Great Pianists of the 20th Century and leads a discussion afterwards. The Art of the Piano is a documentary including rare archival footage of performances by Gould, Horowitz, Paderewski, Rachmaninoff, Richter, Rubinstein, and many others followed by interviews with the pianists, conductors, and musicians. Part of the Council on Aging’s Lincoln Academy series.
